We do recommend experiencing a meaningful number of personal sessions before working with clients. Your direct relationship with the light is your most valuable foundation.

A client sits or reclines with eyes closed beneath the lamp. The session moves through solid light into stroboscopic sequences. Behind closed eyes, an immersive inner world of color and geometry emerges — generated entirely by the client's own brain.

Sessions run 15–45 minutes. Most people feel profoundly clear and centered afterward. A series of six is recommended for lasting change, though a single session is often deeply felt.
